About Her
Ike Farida is the Founder and Managing Partner of Farida Law Office, with extensive experience across nearly all areas of legal practice and is widely recognized for her expertise in Labor Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Law. As one of the few Indonesian lawyers fluent in both Japanese and English, she has developed strong expertise in dispute resolution and litigation through handling numerous lawsuits. Alongside her legal practice, she contributes to education as a visiting lecturer at Hitotsubashi University and other universities in Japan, as well as a speaker at government seminars. She is widely recognized for her integrity, fairness, and commitment to advancing the legal profession.
Since 2019, she has also served as the Founder and Chairwoman of the Indonesian Labor Law Consultants Association (ILLCA). Under her leadership, ILLCA has become a prominent platform for strengthening the role of labor law consultants, enhancing professional ethics and standards, and fostering collaboration among practitioners, academics, and policymakers to improve labor regulations and worker protection in Indonesia.
In addition, she is actively engaged in community and professional initiatives as the Chairwoman of the Ike Farida Foundation; a member of the Capital Market Legal Consultants Association, the Indonesian Labor Market Regulation Committee, and the Indonesian Citizenship Regulation Committee; and a researcher at the Institute of Comparative Law in Japan. She also serves as a member of the Working Group on Regulation under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
She is further recognized as a licensed Tax Consultant, having obtained Brevet A and B certifications from the Association of Indonesian Accountants.

About Him
From 1971 to 1996, Shoichi Oni built a distinguished career at Marubeni Corporation, one of Japan’s leading trading houses, where he gained extensive expertise in international commerce and corporate operations. After his tenure at Marubeni, he transitioned into the creative industry as an advisor to the Matari Group, one of Indonesia’s most prominent advertising firms, between 1996 and 1998.
In 1997, he also served as a consultant to the Jakarta Fair Ground, providing strategic insights for the event’s operational planning. The following year, he was appointed Export Expert by the Japan Overseas Development Corporation, applying his commercial knowledge to support Japan’s international development programs. His career further expanded in 1999 when he became editor in chief of PT Japasia Advindo, guiding the editorial direction of a community focused monthly magazine. Since 2002, Shoichi Oni has served as an advisor to Farida Law Office, contributing decades of cross industry experience to the firm’s strategic initiatives.
Alongside his professional career, he has lectured at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and Al Azhar University Jakarta, and served as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Japan Club, where he fostered cultural and professional exchange.

About Her
Putri Mega Citakhayana graduated as the valedictorian of the Faculty of Law at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in 2012, where she also took part in Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) hearings and moot court competitions.
She joined Farida Law Office in 2015 and rose to Partner in 2022, recognized for her dedication, professionalism, and ability to craft practical and strategic solutions in labor law, litigation, corporate matters, and intellectual property.
Beyond her practice, Putri serves as Secretary General of the Indonesian Labor Law Consultants Association (ILLCA), and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). During the COVID-19 pandemic, she also partnered with Hukum Online Justica and the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (Kemenkop UKM) to provide pro bono legal assistance.
She recently earned a Master of Law degree from the University of Indonesia, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights Law, further strengthening her expertise in a rapidly evolving field.
