Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to the consultation deposit (if applicable). Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Bookings cannot be made within 24 hours of the start time—the latest allowed is 3 days (D-3) prior to ensure adequate preparation time.
